This a a hard wired wall light, with the 360 degree rotation joint in the middle, allowing the second arm to rotate, on a horizontal plane.

There is a second rotation joint near the Horn lampshade, so the shade can be directed up, down and to the side.

Also can be made with a Danish Cord Coolie Lampshade.
