A beautifully textured wall light.

Pared back minimal forms.

Shade rotates on its solid brass rotational joint.

The shade is hand made formed plywood which is shaped and cut sanded back, and 3-4 layers of handmade gesso - original gesso mix made from chalk.

Sanded back to reveal some of the wood behind.

A coat of beeswax, adds a slight sheen and helps protect.

The wall back is turned from oak, sanded back , and 3-4 coats of gesso, beeswax and polished to slight sheen.

Solid brass SES lampholder.

Brass toggle switch which is made in the uk.
